Exfoliating the skin is a very important step in taking care of your skin. Just imagine that you apply tons of expensive skincare products on your dead skin cells everyday (such a waste!), then you will appreciate the cleansing or deep cleansing step in your routine. Our skin is renewing itself everyday, thus exfoliation is crucial to get rid of the old dead skin. The chemical exfoliation has taken over the physical exfoliation in recent years, and I can tell you the reason why. I have acne prone and oily skin, I take exfoliating seriously. I used to use scrub cleanser/sugar mask to exfoliate once/twice a week, but I feel that it is too harsh on my skin. If I could manipulate time, I would go back to my teenage time when I used to exposed to the Sun everyday without using a sunblock! I played basketball under the Sun (without any shade and sunblock) almost everyday after school around 3pm-6pm when I was a teenager. At age of 25<AGE<30, I am paying for what I have done back then. I can see the difference of the skin conditions with my friends who are same age as me now, even though I am not 30 years' old yet (aging normally starts around 30+ year's old). My laugh lines are now fairly visible even though I am not smiling now! I try to get enough sleep, do exercise (at least 45 min/day) almost everyd

Let me introduce you my battle against hair loss, you can skip this to below if you are not interested but I suggest you not to do so because your hair loss problem might not be the same as mine, so it may not be suitable for you. Ages under 30, I have encounter hair loss problem quite seriously last year and I started researching for a product/shampoo to control my hair loss. I was looking for a product to control it instead of going for hair loss treatment program which I think most of them are just fraud, some might work but it may only works temporarily and they are freaking expensive! I opted for more natural ingredients/ways to battle with it. It is very important that one finds out the reason of hair loss instead of spending tonnes of money on products that might not be suitable for you. For me, my reasons are pretty common, I am an engineer who always goes to site and I am required to tie up my long hair and wear safety helmet throughout the day. Long period of tying the h
